42nd Street comes true

One of the cast members is going to be out next week. I was just pulled in. Despite my choreographing the thing and being at almost every rehearsal and at every show, it’s a lot different actually having to do it. And, probably, without rehearsal until two hours before curtain.

The difference between 42nd street and this was that I was never cast as an understudy, I never auditioned, and I do not have this gal’s talent. I’m really there as more of a decorative set piece and really just hope no one notices my flop sweat.

Keep yer toes crossed for me.
